Ahmet focuses on domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, syndicated financing, financial restructuring and IPO transactions. He has experience on energy & natural resources, power purchase agreements/off-take agreements and energy & regulatory matters. Ahmet has also been involved in KPI and sustainability linked financing and structured products and derivatives (ISDA) transactions.
