Deniz primarily focuses on banking & finance and M&A transactions. She assisted domestic and international companies in energy and mining sector with their acquisition transactions in Turkey. She also works on commercial contracts of companies on daily basis and involves in drafting and reviewing of and commenting on financing, project and security documents, perfection of security, CP collection and assisting with the closing procedures.
