Biography
Furkan mainly focuses on financing transactions, financial & corporate restructuring and IPOs. He is successful at structuring, leading and negotiating financing and commercial transactions especially in oil & gas, power & utility, infrastructure and telecommunication sectors. He has involved in many projects and structured financings in the region which are unique and pioneering in its respective area.
He advises sponsors and financial institutions in connection with development, construction and financing in the infrastructure, transportation, power and renewal energy sectors.
